Position Title: Member Services Intern

Supervisors: Nikki Dotson, Administrative Manager
Location: Charlotte

Essential Functions: Work with volunteer members to achieve the goals of the non-
profit organization. Receive inquiries and answer questions regarding Eaton County
Farm Bureau Membership in person and by phone. Market & promote member service
products to current and prospective members. Assist in coordination of promotional
events and campaigns. Receive information and maintain files.
Required Qualifications: Pursuing higher education at an accredited Michigan College
or University. Basic computer knowledge. Must be able to work with confidential
material. Organization skills, math aptitude and oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous office and marketing experience preferred.
Keyboarding skills of 50 wpm.
Hours: Flexible
