Knowing when to be serious, but when to have fun is a must. Hours are flexible and revolve around your class schedule. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Creating and developing new accounts Assisting with social media Pursue accounts and new business opportunities Assist with distributing marketing materials Brainstorming new marketing techniques to be worked into marketing plans Weekly or bi-weekly meetings with the Business Development Manager Other duties will be later assigned  Qualifications Junior, Senior level undergrad student or Recent Alumni (1-2 years) pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or Advertising. Interest in Sales, Marketing, or Communications. Strong ability to multi-task, handle details and to maintain organization. Knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Understand Gmail and Google DocsEfficient and confident in communicating. Confident phone skills. Professionalism in business setting. Strong problem solving and persuasive abilities.
